23 February 2015

Many Families and friend earlier this week joined the admission ceremony of Seiuli Alofa Aleta at the Supreme Courts at Mulinuu, Samoa.

The proud new lawyer is humble with the opportunity being granted. It’s enable him to finally train and proceed to the next step after his studies.

“First and foremost I want to thank my parents for the guidance and endless support they have given me through my struggles to get where I am now. I extend my thanks and appreciation to all my family and friends for their contributions which I owe a great debt to. And my special thanks to the Government and people of Tokelau for allowing me to pursue my dreams and be part of the profession. To the Chief Justice for the words of wisdom. I will aspire to and to the best of my abilities abide by his words and continue to study the law as required and conduct myself in a professional manner. I also want to thank the Law Society for their consideration to allow me to be part of their exclusive group to uphold the law and serve the public where possible. Ultimately, is the good Grace of the Lord that has allowed me to come this far and I hope to serve the people of Tokelau to the best of my abilities and with conviction that what I do is for His praise and Will”, says the new lawyer

Alofa is currently employed as the Fisheries Policies Advisor under the Economic Development and Natural Resource and Environment Department for the Government of Tokelau.
